Pro Tip: For brand new glass jump right to Step 4.

1.Ensure glass repairs are finished before beginning the HydroGuard process.

2. Make sure the glass is relatively cool. Use glass cleaner to clean the glass and wipers.

Pro Tip: This step is not necessary if the windshield is new.

3. For best results, use ProClean Glass Restorer to remove debris and glass coatings. If you don’t have that, spray glass cleaner on steel wool.

4. Use the coating applicator and apply a liberal amount to the pad with side to side then up and down strokes, about ⅓ of the windshield at a time. Keep moving in one area to “buff off” and excess haze. Repeat on all quadrants, making sure to overlap.

5. Buff thoroughly with your GlasWeld microfiber cloth. If working on hot glass, or sunlight, do this for each quadrant.

6. Allow to cure for 8 hours before using wipers or going through a car wash.

Pro Tip: For max life, replace wiper blades and use touchless car wash.
